Ice Bar at Cardiff Winter Wonderland 2023 – 2024 – Terms and Conditions

TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR ALL TICKET SALES:

ABOUT US – Norman Sayers Amusements (referred to as “we”, “us” and “the event organiser” in these terms) is a company registered in England and Wales

BOOKING – These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of ticket(s) by you to the ice-bar attraction detailed in your booking. Please read these terms and conditions carefully prior to making an order for tickets.

TICKETS – Tickets are delivered to the email address you provide to us in your order and you are responsible for ensuring that such email address is correct and accessible. You are advised to check your booking details and tickets upon receipt. We will not be responsible for any tickets which are lost or stolen.

PAYMENT – You must pay us the price of the tickets ordered at the time of your order together with any applicable booking fees.

REFUNDS,EXCHANGES AND RE-SALES – Once purchased, tickets cannot be resold, transferred, exchanged or returned except in exceptional circumstances. In the event of exceptional circumstances, we reserve the right to charge a fee for a ticket(s) to be transferred or exchanged. Unless given express permission by us, tickets must not be resold or transferred for profit or commercial gain.

2022/2023 ICE BAR SESSIONS – Tickets purchased for the 2023 / 2024 attraction gives access to a 35 minute session inside of the Ice Bar.

CANCELLATION OR ABANDONMENT OF THE EVENT – If the event is cancelled, you shall be entitled to a refund of the price of the ticket(s) and booking fee only (when booked via booked.it). If the event is abandoned or otherwise curtailed, you shall be entitled to a refund of the price of the ticket(s) only if such abandonment or curtailment occurs after less than 30 minutes of skating time has taken place. We will not be liable for any travel or accommodation expenses or any indirect or consequential losses incurred as a result of the event being cancelled, abandoned, curtailed or postponed.

ICE BAR RULES

• No smoking inside Ice Bar
• Do not damage Ice sculptures
• Own Gloves must be worn
• No Food to be brought into Ice Bar
• Ice Bar Thermal overcoats must be returned at end of the session

ALCOHOL – You must be over 18 years old to drink alcohol in the Ice Bar. Challenge 25 will be in operation and you must be prepared to show proof of age. If proof of age is not presented then Ice Bar staff will refuse service and no refunds will be given in these circumstances.

24H CCTV CAMERAS IN OPERATION – CCTV Cameras are in use across the site including the Ice Bar for the health and safety of visitors and staff.

AGE RESTRICTIONS – Children and under 18’s are welcome into the Ice bar until 6 o’clock (last session for children and under 18’s is 5 o’clock) Whilst children are welcome into the Ice Bar, we do feel it is a more adult vibe. The minimum age is 5 years old and all
under 18’s need to be accompanied by an adult ticket holder and will require a ticket themselves.

DATA PROTECTION – We will collect and process your personal information in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and applicable data protection laws. As part of our booking and customer management system, we will retain the details of
your transaction on our database in order to provide a record of your transaction and to facilitate the correct handling of it and any future bookings. Your contact
information may be used to provide you with further information about your booking.

EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL – We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to
perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under these terms that is
caused by any act or event beyond our reasonable control.
